Extraversion vs Introversion
In Jungian psychology,
Extraversion does not equate to being outgoing, merely the action to compare/scan/gather/mirror information that is outside of one’s psychology or the external world. Extraversion is also termed as being objective (as in to observe what is presented).
Introversion does not equate to being shy, merely the action to organise/reflect/digest information that is inside of one’s psychology or the internal world. Introversion is also termed as being subjective (as in to interpret what is presented).
