Changelog:
Added 168 cal of coconut flour (36g) to diet days to test brain glucose metabolism and increase satiety; to mimick the effects of MCT Oil. So far I've observed a thermic effect from the inclusion, but also noticed flaring in angular cheilitis.
Issues:
Had an unscheduled carbohydrate binge on Thursday, 21st September 2023 of 350grams of Rice Crackers (~1400 Cal), after testing sipping on Glucose Water (note below).
Tried to swap 30g of carbs on Thursday instead of oats for 30g of glucose (spread into 4 litres of water) to maintain brain glucose metabolism, resulting in increased in satiety.
Consideration
Changing the coconut flour to MCT oil on Sunday, 24th as a test and to note the satiety effects. (168 cal => 19ml of MCT oil => ~18g of MCT Oil)
Reflection
Body Fat reading is most likely affected by the amount of loose skin on the body.
Sipping on Glucose Water is not a sustainable strategy on a calorie deficit.
