So far I&apos;ve observed a thermic effect from the inclusion, but also noticed flaring in angular cheilitis. </li></ul><h2 id="issues">Issues:</h2><ul><li>Had an unscheduled carbohydrate binge on Thursday, 21st September 2023 of 350grams of Rice Crackers (~1400 Cal), after testing sipping on Glucose Water (note below).</li><li>Tried to swap 30g of carbs on Thursday instead of oats for 30g of glucose (spread into 4 litres of water) to maintain brain glucose metabolism, resulting in increased in satiety. </li></ul><h2 id="consideration">Consideration</h2><ul><li>Changing the coconut flour to MCT oil on Sunday, 24th as a test and to note the satiety effects.
